TradeSuccess AI Solutions provides AI front-desk, call handling, lead capture, notification, and business workflow services. We may send informational text messages to users who request follow-up information, booking links, appointment confirmations, or support-related communication.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from TradeSuccess AI related to your inquiry, requested information, demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and customer support follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

TradeSuccess AI Solutions does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue increase, response time, or operational outcome unless explicitly stated in a separate written client agreement.
Booking links, scheduling information, and appointment confirmations are subject to actual availability. A request for a booking link or scheduling information does not guarantee an appointment until the applicable scheduling system confirms it.
All website content, branding, copy, and service materials provided by TradeSuccess AI Solutions remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeSuccess AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, messaging systems, or related services.
Website setup fees are quoted as a one-time charge and are payable before or upon commencement of work, as specified in the applicable quote. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Optional website care, hosting, and domain-management plans are billed monthly, require no long-term commitment, and may be cancelled at any time; fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Any cost paid to an outside provider on a client's behalf — including domain registration or renewal, premium domains, paid hosting upgrades, or paid third-party add-ons — is billed to the client in advance and is non-refundable. If a client cancels, the client remains responsible for any such third-party costs already committed for the then-current term. TradeSuccess AI Solutions does not absorb these costs and does not issue refunds for them. Premium domains (registry price above approximately $15 per year) are paid by the client directly or added to setup as a pass-through cost; TradeSuccess AI Solutions does not front the cost of premium domains. Where a client elects to host or manage a delivered website themselves, no ongoing fees apply and the client assumes responsibility for their own hosting and domain.
AI call-answering plans include a set allowance of call minutes per monthly billing cycle (currently 300 minutes on Starter and 600 minutes on Pro). Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We do not suspend or disconnect answering when an allowance is reached; instead, additional minutes used beyond the plan allowance are billed at $1.00 per minute (or the then-current published overage rate) and added to the next invoice. As a courtesy, we send usage notifications as the client approaches and reaches their monthly allowance. Clients who regularly exceed their allowance may be advised to move to a higher plan.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or communication channels after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
